Bring the butter to room temperature and knead the dough. Place in the fridge for 15 minutes. Roll out the dough and place in a baking tin leaving some dough to cover the apples with stripes. Place the baking tin in the oven for 10 minutes at 200°C until golden brown. Take out of the oven and put apples on the top. Sprinkle with cinnamon and cover with the dough stripes. Bake for 30 minutes at 190°C.
