BAKED OATS WITH APPLES

Simple and so filling!

Cover app. 60g of rolled oats with boiling water 3cm above the oats. Cover and set aside until the oats soak up the liquid (best done overnight).
Whip one egg white and mix with the soaked oats. Add sweetener and cubed apples. Bake for 30 min in 180°C.

  • 1 egg white
