Apple pie

A classic but a bit healthier

Bring the butter to room temperature and knead the dough. Place in the fridge for 15 minutes. Roll out the dough and place in a baking tin leaving some dough to cover the apples with stripes. Place the baking tin in the oven for 10 minutes at 200°C until golden brown. Take out of the oven and put apples on the top. Sprinkle with cinnamon and cover with the dough stripes. Bake for 30 minutes at 190°C.

Ingredients:
  • 300g flour (100g rice flour and 200g wholegrain flour)
  • 120g powdered erythritol
  • 20g vanilla sugar
  • 5g baking powder
  • 75g butter
  • 25g almond butter
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 85g type skyr yogurt
  • 1 spoon of cinnamon
  • app. 900g apple puree
